Your help right now will re-connect an adult with a disability to their family
We're raising money to benefit the people we support in our residential services. Each dollar raised will go directly towards purchasing tablets and devices for each residence, where the people we support can video chat with the people who matter most to them.
During any crisis, the most comforting moments are the ones spent with the people who matter most to us. But for the people we support, we have had to make the difficult decision to close our locations and buildings to families and friends. The safety, well being and health of the people we support is paramount.
While these are unprecedented times, that have called for unprecedented measures, being able to give the people we support the technology they need to re-connect with their families would make a world of difference.
Consider this, for someone who communicates through gestures and motions, a video chat is the difference between communicating with their loved ones, and not.

We hope to be able to equip every CLGW residence with the technology necessary to communicate with their families. Every little bit helps. For every $407 raised, a brand new tablet with all necessary software licensing will be purchased and distributed to a CLGW residence. These tablets will contain the software needed for a variety of accessibility needs.
