Grocery Assistance Program

Did you know that over 50% of people on social assistance access a Food Bank on a regular basis? In response to this significant need, Community Living Guelph Wellington developed the Grocery Assistance Program (G.A.P.). This grocery assistance program is for individuals that receive support through CLGW’s Supported Independent Living.

G.A.P. helps approximately 65 individuals to bridge the “gap” each month between their monthly food budget and their actual needs. With this program, SIL members can come in and select items they need from the food we have on hand.

Thank you for considering donating to the Grocery Assistance Program. Your financial gift will be used to stock our pantry shelves.

Should you want to make a gift of non-perishable food items, please feel free to drop at our Administrative Building, at 8 Royal Road, Guelph.
